This is a photo of us brothers from May 1991 with our matching black hats. We posed with bags pretending to look like refugees. Our forebears came here for a better life. Lore has it that a great uncle was killed in a pogrom in Russia. But our lives have been privileged. May we honor our heritage by helping refugees and all those in need.
